Our Methodology

We know that successful execution of a complex solution is a delicate process.

Therefore, here, at Kepler, we defined, apply, and permanently improve our methodology of project and quality management. This methodology is not a dead-letter one; we permanently adapt it to the specifics of each project, we mold it to your actual needs.

The efficiency of our methodology is validated in practice: we delivered successfully large and very large projects, at an outstanding quality, proving once more that our rational management of resources is efficient and yields tangible results.

Our methodology pays a special attention to the analysis, design and planned testing activities, aiming to minimize and control the risks thus ensuring the on time execution of each project, within scope and budget.

Kepler's ISO 9001 certification is sustained by the PMP certifications (Project Management Professional granted by PMI - Project Management Institute) for an increasing amount of our project leaders, as by our aim to conform with CMMi level 3 standards.

Of course we know very well the programming languages, databases, operating systems and ERPs and we update this know-how regularly. We encourage each consultant and each engineer to develop new skills and obtain new certifications.
